This Application is design to create roster Automatically with some set of rules and in few minutes user can generate roster with respective set of employees.
The Pain Point
Creating roster daily or weekly for 30 to 80 employees is a big task and in many companies managers or team leaders use Excel sheets, to create rosters manually there are so many problems to address in real-time with post leaves and any small update needs to generate emails with updated Rosters ever-time and its hard to save all records and send updated records to HR teams and there are no options for leaves or to manage rosters with swap or weekly off settings for employees. So to address all these problems we need one smart tool to control all this in one place.
The Solution
We came up with a Design as a "Roster Automation System" which will help the roster creator to see all employee's details with projects, roles, skills and day-to-day status and an overall work experience with important details on The dashboard. Also, Employees can see their rosters and can request leave or can swap rosters with other employees if needed and get notifications of any change or update in the roster generated by the manager or team leader.
Users can create projects and tag employees to that project and also create a set of rules by which the system creates a roster automatically and users can see and modify the roster any time they want.
Dashboard Design
This dashboard is divided into 3 parts.
1. Total Number of Employees with Name, Shift time, Project name and profile pic.
2. Center part in which users have widgets for upcoming details of rosters in numbers because numbers talk better when we want to compare. also, we have a weekly calendar and on-leave widgets and also we have Exceptional Employee where users can see employees coming on the same shift for a long time.
3. In 3rd part we have a roster created up to detail and also a card which shows any change in plan. this will help to work and understand the overall work base.

Its a Roster Automation Screen where the Roster Creator can See all employees and Weekly roster view with Project details, Leaves, weekly off, roster time and many other features
Setting Screen
Setting a screen will help to add or tag projects to employees and also help to add details about roles and skills which will help you create rosters.
Employee My Roster Screen
This is an Employee Screen or home page for employees, where employees can see the 30-day roster and Projects on each sell and employees will get full details of the roster plan and can Request changes if needed.
