As a Specialist UX Designer at NiCE, I lead the end-to-end design of multiple enterprise products, creating user-centered experiences that improve efficiency, simplify complex workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

My role extends beyond traditional interface design. I collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Team Leads, Developers, QA engineers, and Content Writers to transform business requirements into scalable, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences.

Designing reusable components, defining interaction patterns, establishing accessibility standards and maintaining component libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

I also led the development of Polaris components by defining reusable patterns and creating guidelines that support NiCE's unified design ecosystem.

AI-Driven Product Innovation: Artificial intelligence is a key focus of my work.

I integrated AI models into Topic AI to enhance the CogNy Analytics platform, enabling advanced, data-driven insights for enterprise customers.

I also designed AI-powered interfaces for: Agent call evaluation, Audit call analysis, Quality assurance workflows and Compliance validation.

These solutions improved operational efficiency while delivering more accurate and actionable insights.

One of my most impactful contributions was designing a hybrid customer support workflow within the Quality Central application.

By introducing a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) validation layer, we successfully achieved:
